Sounds of Asia 

Traditional and not-so-traditional music from China, India, and Southeast Asia. Joinining us will be Toronto-based musician Suba Sankaran and her ensemble Autorickshaw, internationally renowned for their unique fusion of South Asian music and jazz. A highlight of the evening will be the premiere of a choral composition by Suba commissioned by the Jubilate Singers in celebration of its 40th anniversary season


Saturday June 5, 2010 at 8:00pm

Fortieth Anniversary Concert 

We're celebrating 40 years of choral music-making in Toronto with an evening of Jubilate's "greatest hits" and choristers' favourites, all conducted by Sherry Squires, our accompianist for more than half that time. All past members of Jubilate are invited to come back for this event. An evening not to be missed!
